The 1st TagMe slip lead that I bought was the size small, 5/16” for Chacha, my Chihuahua-mix. I loved it so much that I bought a second one, size large or ½” for Samson, my Pit-mix. The Nikketta dog collar and remote: I like to call this a remote collar since I use the vibration and sound buttons only. I’m simply communicating with my dog remotely. I really liked the price and the two collar - 1 remote feature. I bought this in December of 2023 and wrote this review 1 year later. I would prefer a clip that would attach to my treat pouch but there was a wrist strap. I suppose it would be fine if you are not doing anything else, but if you are a multi-tasker like me, it's just in the way. Furthermore, the dangling remote strap got snagged and the plastic on the remote broke. If you are serious about remote collar training, you need to always have your remote handy. I ended up using an old crossbody phone purse. Still in the way if you are bending and stooping. After the initial charging, and using it vigorously including the light feature, I was impressed that it had been over a month and still had plenty of juice. Lukovee Car Seat Belt
The Lukovee Car Seat belt fits any vehicle with a head rest and doubles as a short lead. Combined with the Gooby Harness, I feel assured that my dog is safe from hitting the dashboard if I had to break hard. Chacha loves to pop out of her center box to look out the passenger window providing her with added stability. This seat belt attaches to the passenger head rest preventing her from climbing onto my lap while driving.
The Veehoo elevated dog bed
Samson the Pitt-mix came with an elevated bed and I noticed that Chacha, my Chihuahua-mix loved it. I decided to buy this Veehoo 22 x 17 “ elevated dog bed for her. I give this 5 stars! I assembled it and placed it outside. Chacha immediately hopped on and relaxed! She loves it, I love it. And Samson loved it! It has held out super and the color hasn't even faded. The Gooby Escape Free, Easy Fit Dog Harnesses is the harness that I feel is perfect for Chacha, my Chihuahua mix. After trying out several confusing, cumbersome, ill fitting harnesses, this one seems to be the most comfortable and secure. It is so easy to put on! She just steps right in and there is only one buckle on top. I love that there aren't any buckles that press into her body while she is curled up in her car box. There is no digging around the pits. At one time I had a different harness on her and we went up a hill and I was trying to coax her down, she just pulled backwards and slipped right out of it. Not with this one! Their no pull design reduces space around the back providing confidence that your dog cannot escape if they pull backwards for whatever reason. It also holds up well in the wash.
